Bio Summary
Joined the yobe state department of forestry as a wildlife officer ii in 1993 and rose through the ranks to reach the pinacle of my career as a Director of forestry in the state civil service.
Studied BSc zoology(1991) and MSc Arid-zone Ecology(2010) at the University of Maiduguri. Serves as M& E officer to the former world Bank Assisted Forestry 2 project, state PC Tropical Forestry Action programme(TFAP) and Head of unit, Drought& Desertification control of the state ministry of Environment.
Currently serves as the Director of climate change of the state ministry of Environment and a member of the technical committee of ACReSAL project in the state.
