Dr. Funmilayo Adesina is a renowned environmental scientist and climate change expert with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability, M.Sc. in Biochemistry, and various diplomas in environmental management and health & safety.
Dr. Adesina has led environmental initiatives, including the World Bank-supported Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project, and has represented Nigeria internationally on environmental issues. Her expertise includes environmental compliance, pollution control, and sustainable waste management.
She’s a fellow of the Emergency, Crisis, Disaster, Safety, Environmental and Risk Management Institute and a member of several professional organizations.
